No. You set up your business directly in the app — profile, services, prices, working hours and staff — without code or a website of your own. If you get stuck, XBOOK Support can help by email.

Yes. Your customers book appointments in XBOOK free of charge. Subscriptions apply only to businesses.

They open your business profile, choose a service, pick a date and one of the free times, and confirm. Only times that are actually available are shown, and their upcoming appointments and booking history stay in the app.

Yes. Add as many services as you need with their duration and price, add team members with their own schedules and time off, and decide whether customers can choose a specific staff member when booking.

Yes. Set your working days and opening hours, add a break, set different hours for specific days, block public holidays automatically for your country and mark other days off by hand. Staff absences are managed separately.

Yes. New bookings appear in the Notifications section of the business app, and XBOOK supports push notifications to the business owner's phone when notifications are allowed on the device.

Yes. The dashboard shows what is coming up, the calendar and reservations list show every appointment, and the analytics section summarises bookings, services, staff and customers. Booking value is calculated from appointment prices — it is not a record of payments received.

The customer can cancel in the app or through the link in their booking email. The appointment is marked as cancelled in your reservations and the time becomes available for other customers again. Any cancellation rules, such as how early customers should cancel, are set by your business — XBOOK does not charge cancellation fees.

14 days. Every new eligible business can use XBOOK free for 14 days before choosing a subscription.

No. No payment card or payment details are needed for the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends.

Three plans, all with the same XBOOK features — they differ only in duration and price:

• €119 — 4 months
• €499 — 18 months

The 18-month plan: €499 instead of €719.82 when paying €39.99 per month for 18 months — a saving of €220.82, about 31%.

Choose a plan on this page and send a subscription request. We contact you with payment instructions, and once the payment is confirmed we activate your subscription. Sending a request is not a purchase and does not take a payment.

No. There are no automatic charges or renewals. When a subscription period ends, you can arrange the next period with us.

Nothing is charged. The app shows the status of your trial, including when it ends. Your business profile, services, customers and appointment history stay in your account. To continue with XBOOK, choose a plan and send us a request — we will send payment instructions and activate your subscription once the payment is confirmed.
