Our approach
First, we understand the problem. Then, we build the solution.
GT Web Studio creates business websites, online stores, web and mobile applications and custom digital solutions — designed around how your business actually works.
“We need a website.”
Customers can’t book outside working hours, so the phone never stops ringing.
“We need an online catalogue.”
Prices change every week and nobody can update them without a developer.
“We need an app.”
Orders arrive by phone, message and email, and some get lost in between.
Every business has different needs.
One company needs a professional website to present its services. Another wants to sell products online, simplify appointment scheduling, or replace repetitive manual work with a digital system.
But a request for a website or an application is often only the starting point. Behind it lies a business goal, an operational challenge, or a process that could work better.
Before we propose design, technology or features, we want to understand how the business operates, who its customers are, where time is lost and what the owner wants to improve.
We don’t measure a solution by its technical complexity, but by the value it creates. Our goal is to deliver a solution that meets your needs and improves the way your business operates.
Understanding your business
We don’t assume what you need. We take time to understand how you work.
The most expensive mistake in a digital project is building the wrong thing well. That is why our first conversations are about your business, not about technology.
We ask practical questions and, where it helps, look at how the work is really done — the phone calls, the spreadsheets, the notebook at the reception desk. These details decide which features matter, what can be left out, and how the finished product should feel for the people who use it every day.
What we look at
- How the business operates day to day
- Who its customers are
- How customers discover its services
- How inquiries, orders and appointments are handled
- Which activities take more time than they should
- Where communication breaks down
- Which processes could be simpler
- What the business wants to achieve
- Who will use the finished product
Why the details matter
A beauty salon
- The request
- A new website.
- What we found
- The real problem was appointment organisation: bookings arrived through calls and messages, and double bookings happened every week.
- Better decision
- A presentation website connected to online booking — so the website also takes work off the reception desk.
A retail shop
- The request
- An online catalogue.
- What we found
- The main requirement was the ability to add products and change prices without calling a developer.
- Better decision
- A catalogue with a simple administration area the shop’s staff can manage themselves.

Free initial consultation
To understand your business, we’re prepared to meet you where you work.
The first conversation is free and comes with no obligation to commission a project. It is the time for us to listen: what you do, what is not working as well as it could, and what you would like to achieve.
You can choose a phone call or an online meeting. When it is useful for the project, we can also arrange to visit you at your workplace — depending on the location, our availability and what the project requires. Seeing the reception desk, the warehouse or the order book in action, and talking with the owner and the staff who do the work, often reveals more than any questionnaire.
We want to identify the problems before proposing solutions — and we are happy to discuss ways to improve workflows, organise information and reduce repetitive tasks, even if the answer turns out to be simpler than you expected.
- Free initial consultation
A first conversation at no cost and with no obligation to start a project.
- Flexible on-site meetings
Phone, online, or at your business when location and availability allow.
- Solution-oriented approach
We focus on the problem you need to solve, not on selling a particular product.

The right solution
Not every problem needs a complex system. Every problem deserves a thoughtful solution.
Once we understand the problem, we compare different ways of solving it. We weigh what each option would really change in your day-to-day work against what it costs to build and to maintain.
We deliberately avoid features that look impressive in a proposal but nobody uses. Maintenance, training and everyday usability are part of the decision from the beginning — not something discovered after launch.
Technology should adapt to the business, not the other way around.
Design and functionality
We care about what visitors see — and even more about what they can do.
A beautiful website that is hard to use still loses customers. Visual quality matters because it builds trust in the first seconds — but it has to be supported by functional value: content people can read, information they can find, and actions they can complete without friction.
The same applies on the other side of the screen. The owners and employees who update content, process orders or manage appointments deserve tools that are just as clear as the public website.
What they see
- Brand identity
- Colours, typography and imagery that reflect who you are.
- Clear structure
- Pages organised around the questions your customers actually ask.
- Readable content
- Text that is easy to scan, with clear headings and calls to action.
- Responsive design
- A layout that works on phones, tablets and desktops alike.
- Fast loading
- Optimised images and code, so visitors don’t wait.
What they can do
- Intuitive navigation
- Visitors reach what they need in a few clear steps.
- Easy inquiries
- Contact and quote forms that are short, clear and reliable.
- Simple booking or buying
- Booking and checkout journeys without unnecessary steps.
- Friendly interactions
- Feedback, validation and states that guide instead of confuse.
- Practical administration
- Back-office tools that owners and staff can use without training manuals.
Flexible collaboration
Your project doesn’t need to begin with a perfectly defined idea.
Some clients arrive with a detailed specification; others with a sentence and a problem. Both are good starting points. We adapt the process to where you are, and we help shape the idea into a plan you can make decisions about.
You can start with
- A complete specification
- A partially developed concept
- A basic idea
- A specific problem without a technical solution in mind

Initial conversation
We get to know you, your business and the reason you are looking for a digital solution. No preparation is needed on your side.
New ideas often appear during a project — that is normal and welcome. We discuss them openly: what they would add, how they affect the timeline and cost, and whether they belong in this phase or a later one. Flexibility means honest conversations about scope, not unlimited revisions or undefined obligations.
After delivery
Your digital product should work for you — not make you dependent on us.
From the start of a project we ask a simple question: who will manage this every day, and how? A website or application is only useful if the routine changes can be made by the people who run the business.
Depending on the project, that can be a content management system for the website, an administration dashboard for an online store or booking system, or a custom management interface designed around your specific process. What is included is agreed in the project scope — not every project needs a full admin area, and we will tell you when a simpler approach is enough.
We don’t disappear after launch: additional support, maintenance or new development can be arranged separately whenever you need it. But routine tasks should not require a developer.
We don’t want you to depend on us for every click.
Where included in the agreed scope, you can
- Update website content
- Add or remove products
- Change product prices
- Edit service descriptions
- Upload photographs
- Update working hours
- Manage appointments
- Maintain everyday business information
Response time
Good collaboration starts with a response, not a waiting game.
When you send an inquiry, a real person reads it. We contact you within 24 hours of receiving it to clarify what you need and agree on the next steps — in plain language, without unnecessary technical jargon.
- Every inquiry is reviewed
- We make initial contact within 24 hours
- We clarify your needs
- We agree on the next steps
The 24 hours refer to our first contact with you — not to project completion or the delivery of a full quotation, which depend on the scope of the project.

XBOOK: our approach, applied to our own software.
XBOOK is an appointment booking and business management platform developed by GT Web Studio. It started from a real problem we saw in appointment-based businesses: bookings scattered across calls, messages and notebooks.
Instead of adding features for their own sake, we designed two connected sides — simple booking for customers, and clear tools for owners to manage services, staff, working hours and appointments themselves. It is the same thinking we bring to client projects.

You know your business. We’ll help you find the right digital solution.
You don’t need to know whether you need a website, an online store, a mobile application or a custom system. Tell us about your goals or the challenges you face — we will discuss the possibilities and recommend an appropriate approach.
